Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in a medical support role.
• Understand and utilize medical terminology.
• Proficiency with EPIC for patient updates and records.
• Ability to schedule surgeries across multiple facilities.

Responsibilities

• Function as a liaison between patient and physician, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Utilize EPIC to document all patient updates and maintain accurate records.
• Manage the physician's schedule, including meetings and surgical cases, to optimize time and efficiency.
• Schedule surgeries across multiple facilities, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure availability and readiness.
• Arrange and coordinate hospital admissions and inpatient surgeries, ensuring all necessary preparations are made.
• Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success and efficiency of the medical team.
