Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Associate Surgical Account Manager or Surgical Account Manager to drive the expansion of the Impella portfolio in the Omaha, NE region. This field-based role requires strong cardiac surgery knowledge and a proven track record in the operating room, with significant travel across the US territory.

You will collaborate with Cardiology sales and clinical teams to promote heart recovery solutions, manage surgeon relationships, and staff major conferences to maximize

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years in cardiac surgery and/or combined cardiology medical device sales.
• Proven track record of selling in an operating room.
• Willingness to travel 50–75% overnight.

Responsibilities

• Gain distribution and utilization of the Impella 5.5 and RP devices.
• Collaborate with cardiology sales and clinical teams to drive growth.
• Staff major conferences: HFSA, AHA, STS, AATS, ISHLT.
• Build and expand the surgical vertical in Impella programs.
• Engage Cardiac Surgeons and Heart Failure Cardiologists to deliver outcomes.
