• Verifies patient demographics and insurance eligibility; coordinates benefits for claim processing.
• Completes surgical cost analysis form and documents cost estimates prior to services.
• Verifies benefits on all surgical procedures.
• Documents authorizations in patient charts and enters data in case management.
• Communicates effectively with physicians, patients, and staff; builds strong relationships.
