Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensure required supplies are available and anticipate surgeon needs.
• Maintain a sterile field and assist with gowning, gloving, and draping.
• Set up and operate OR equipment; report equipment and supply issues promptly.
• Participate in training and mentoring of Surgical Technologists and Assistants.
• Document validated competencies for surgeon-approved activities.
