Qualifications

• Must be willing to work with exposures to body fluids, waste and chemicals, radiation, hazardous materials.

Responsibilities

• Provide first or second assisting for specified surgical procedures.
• Prepare room and gather supplies for cases.
• Maintain sterile OR environment using aseptic techniques.
• Ensure equipment and supplies are available and functional for the OR suite.
• Assist in training Surgical Technologists and new Surgical Assistants.
