Responsibilities

• Obtain pre-cert/authorization numbers.
• Enter accurate insurance information in scheduling/registration system.
• Answer incoming phone calls.

• Maintain knowledge of scheduling reports for next-day operations.
• Ensure consistency between scheduling and admissions modules.
