Job summary

UCI Health is seeking a patient access specialist to register patients, verify funding, obtain authorizations, and schedule surgeries in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Qualified candidates will have at least 1 year of experience registering patients in a hospital or clinic, knowledge of ICD9 and CPT codes, and strong English communication skills. Proficiency with MS Office is required; Epic experience is a plus.
