Job summary

Sentara Health in Suffolk, VA is seeking an Advanced Care Procedural Coordinator to manage the end-to-end procedural care process across advanced ambulatory service lines.

You will serve as the primary liaison between providers, facilities, and patients, ensuring pre-operative readiness, timely procedural access, and thorough post-operative follow-up while optimizing Operating Room, Endoscopy, and Cath/Angio Lab utilization and the overall patient experience.

Qualifications

• 3 years of Healthcare experience (clerical or clinical) required.
• No specific education requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end procedural care process for patients across advanced ambulatory service lines.
• Serve as the primary liaison between providers, facilities, and patients to ensure smooth care delivery.
• Ensure timely procedural access, pre-operative readiness, and thorough post-operative follow-up while optimizing OR/Endoscopy/Cath‑Angio Lab utilization and patient experience.
