Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare and schedule surgery procedures per physician orders and ensure corrections are handled efficiently.
• Interpret physician orders and schedule procedures accordingly.
• Schedule all surgery-related appointments and maintain records for surgery packets.
• Ensure pre-certification guidelines are met and insurance requirements documented.
• Answer calls, file medical charts, and assist with office duties.
