Qualifications

• Must be able to manage multiple tasks with frequent interruptions.
• Knowledge of medical insurances and eligibility processes.
• Experience with EHR/EMR systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify patient eligibility and coverage.
• Schedule surgeries, hospital procedures, and pre/post‑op appointments.
• Discuss preoperative instructions with patients as directed by physicians.
• Obtain medical clearances, preoperative testing, lab and EKG results as indicated.
• Additional duties as assigned.
