Job summary

Des Moines Orthopaedics is seeking a full-time team member to help build our Prior Auth department. You will work alongside navigators to standardize and support an outstanding patient experience, recalling information quickly and prioritizing tasks.

The role is in-house at West Des Moines or Ankeny offices with hours Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Responsibilities include acting as navigator support for authorization and scheduling, using Office 365, Intergy, and carrier sites, and

Qualifications

• 1 year: Medical Reception or Coordination
• Ability to communicate calmly with patients and technicians
• Professional and organized with multi-tasking capability
