Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years related experience in a health care organization is required.
• On-site, Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend shifts is required.
• Excellent customer skills and strong communication are required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and coordinate the patient scheduling and registration across facilities.
• Coordinate, register and schedule appointments according to availability.
• Explain insurance, pre-certification, and payment options to patients.
• Collect payments and document in EMR with accuracy.
• Greet patients and provide information while maintaining professional demeanor.
