• Schedules patient surgeries for Main Operating Room, Outpatient Surgery Center and Off Site cases.
• Assesses case duration and adds time for trauma and surgeon-specific needs.
• Keeps fellows’ and physicians’ schedules, avoiding conflicts.
• Maintains familiarity with referring physicians and staff for service quality.
• Identifies and resolves scheduling conflicts to prevent errors.
• Provides accurate scheduling information for internal and external customers.
