HCA FL Weight Mgmt & Metabolic Wellness is seeking a Surgery Scheduler to coordinate patient scheduling, required clinical documentation, and facility collaboration. The role supports efficient OR and clinic scheduling with attention to credentialing and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical office setting preferred.
• BLS may be required as per practice standard.

Responsibilities

• Obtains CPT and ICD-10 codes and other clinical information for treatment.
• Determines OR time and schedules with facility coordination and anesthesia coverage.
• Verifies physician credentialing at the Center or Facility.
• Coordinates provider clinic and facility schedules including meetings and education.
• Adheres to HIPAA and Code of Conduct policies
