Overview

Medix is hiring a Surgery Scheduler to support a leading urology practice in Spokane, Washington!

You'll serve as a care navigator, guiding patients from start to finish. This role requires a detail-oriented, level-headed individual with a strong customer service background. You must be able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage a varied workload with ease.

Base pay range

$21.00/hr - $25.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Coordinating hospital and ambulatory surgery center (ASC) schedules.


• Conducting office follow-ups with other organizations.


• Acting as a patient liaison and providing support from A-Z.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of scheduling experience.


• Experience with EHR systems (EPIC is a plus).


• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
