Expected pay for this position is $18.80 - $22.12/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills, and internal equity. This is an hourly position.

Monday-Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Travel to Ottawa and Princeton is required.
The Surgery Scheduler assists, informs, and supports patients and their families throughout the entire procedure process. Responsibilities include returning voicemails promptly, scheduling procedures and pre-op appointments, making reminder calls, obtaining prior authorizations, and managing provider referrals via EMR, fax, and phone. Ensuring all relevant information about upcoming procedures is communicated effectively to patients and all involved parties is a key responsibility.
