A leading organization in professional development is looking for an Office Professional to support various administrative functions within their training department. This role entails coordinating training events, maintaining records, and ensuring all necessary resources are available for presenters and attendees. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills and be highly organized, with a willingness to travel as needed.
Provides support for professional development activities by performing a variety of duties associated with a high volume training department. Assists with the coordination / organization of professional development and special events. Provides administrative support to department. Assists with purchasing and budget maintenance. Implements and carries out internal department procedures such as inventory control to ensure department accountability.
