Aspen Valley Health in Aspen, CO is seeking a full-time Operating Room Registered Nurse in the Surgery department. The OR RN delivers professional nursing care, uses the Nursing Process, and supports the medical staff plan of care.

Strong communication and teamwork are essential in this fast-paced perioperative setting. Minimum qualifications include ADN, active Colorado RN license, BLS, and ACLS; BSN/MSN and EPIC experience are highly preferred.

Qualifications

• RN with ADN and Colorado license required.
• ACLS and BLS credentials preferred; may be obtained on hire.
• Orthopedic OR experience and scrub/circulating skills valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care per standards and AVH policy.
• Educate patients and families about the plan of care.
• Support the medical team and contribute to treatment plan changes.
