Job summary

Aspen Valley Health in Aspen, CO is hiring a full-time OR RN for the Surgery department on a seasonal basis. Start date September 24, 2026; end date April 10, 2027. Shift: mids, 12-hour, with night/weekend differential possibilities.

You will provide professional nursing care and support the treatment plan, educate patients and families, and participate in perioperative processes. Eligible candidates possess ADN, CO RN license, BLS; ACLS preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
• Unrestricted CO RN license or eligible before start date.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care in the OR per standards.
• Utilize Nursing Process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Educate patients and families about plan of care and disease management.
• Support treatment plan and collaborate with medical staff.
