Job summary

Zimmer Biomet is seeking a Surgery Coordinator to ensure timely and accurate delivery of surgical materials across facilities. You will coordinate requisitions, verify orders, and use ERP/MRP systems to manage inventory and carrier coordination.

Responsibilities include fulfilling requests within deadlines, collaborating with Sales Operations, Supply Chain, and Operations to ensure on-time delivery, and maintaining real-time inventory status.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales Support, Inventory Management, Information Systems, or related field.
• Valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials for surgery.
• Fulfill surgery requests accurately and within time constraints.
• Use ERP/MRP software to loan, receive, ship, issue and monitor inventory; coordinate with shipping companies when needed.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations, Supply Chain and Operations to fulfill orders on time.
• Provide real-time inventory status updates to Operations leadership and Sales teams.
• Deliver/retrieve inventory, restock, and perform on-site fulfillment.
• Support on-call and holiday work as required.
