Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1+ year(s) distribution or inventory control experience or training helpful.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and pay strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with the ability to achieve results independently.
• Aptitude for analyzing situations and resolving problems.

Responsibilities

• Package product and materials ensuring contents are protected for shipment.
• Prepare shipping documentation with accurate addresses and inventory details.
• Receive incoming surgical trays, inspect instruments, and restock inventory.
• Verify part numbers, lot numbers, and information on Pack Slips against purchase orders.
• Compile data from POs, invoices, and requisitions to maintain electronic records.
• Assist with cycle counting of inventory when necessary.
• Perform duties in compliance with FDA/state regulations and ISO 13485.
• Other duties as assigned.
