Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Healthcare experience 0–2 years preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.
• Proficiency with computers, EHRs, and scheduling software is expected.
• BLS certification (AHA) is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients and visitors professionally and assist with check-in/check-out.
• Respond to patient inquiries in person and by phone, and explain clinic policies.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments and surgeries.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-ups to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Collect demographic and insurance information and explain coverage and payment expectations.
• Maintain accurate patient records in the EHR and handle administrative tasks.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and protect patient confidentiality.
