• High volume of phone calls and in person scheduling
• Maintaining/communicating provider surgical schedules
• Other projects/duties as directed

Job Description

• Surgery scheduling in clinic for two physicians both in-person and over phone.
• Personally working one-on-one with patients
• Preparing surgery packets
• Ordering pre-surgical testing for patients
• Organizing medical/cardiac/dental clearances
• High volume of phone calls and in person scheduling
• Maintaining/communicating provider surgical schedules
• Other projects/duties as directed

Requirements

• Surgery or procedure scheduling experience preferred
• Exceptional customer service, communication and critical thinking skills
• Must believe in a patient-centered approach
• Outstanding teamwork attitude
