ARMStaffing is seeking a Surgical Technologist to join our surgical services team in Portsmouth, NH. The role requires scrubbing for multiple specialties and maintaining a sterile environment while supporting the surgical team.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years hospital experience, CST certification, BLS, and NH Med Tech license. Shifts are variable, with weekends and holidays on a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• NH Med Tech License required.

Responsibilities

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist with at least 2 years of experience in a hospital setting to join our surgical services team. This role requires a strong knowledge base and skill set to scrub for various surgical specialties including Orthopedics, General Surgery, Neurosurgery, and more. The ideal candidate will be friendly, professional, self-motivated, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the sterile environment for surgery.
• Scrub for most surgical specialties and support the surgical team during procedures.
• Perform duties as directed by the Surgeon and other healthcare professionals.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 2 years of experience in a hospital setting.
• Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• NH Med Tech License required.

Schedule

This position requires working variable shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including weekends and holidays as part of a rotating schedule.
