Job summary

Kimley-Horn is seeking Engineering graduates to join our Phoenix, AZ office in 2026 on the Surface Water team. This is not a remote position and the role offers mentorship and exposure to plan production and client interactions.

You will work on surface water management studies, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, and a range of design tasks, gaining experience with regulatory familiarity and ESRI ArcGIS.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited engineering degree expected by Summer 2026.

Responsibilities

• Work in a dynamic team on surface water projects including modeling, design, and analysis.
• Assist with surface water management studies and flood-related assessments.
• Produce deliverables and assist in client interactions and plan production.
• Gain exposure to project financials and cross-discipline collaboration.
