Sigma Defense Systems LLC in San Diego seeks a Surface Warfare Program Analyst to support the Naval Surface and Mine Warfighting Development Center (SMWDC) team. You will apply your rare SWO-derived skills to enhance warfighting readiness across surface, air, and mine warfare mission areas and contribute to capability assessments for SMWDC-owned capabilities.

The role requires active Secret clearance eligibility, U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Qualified SWO
• 5+ years in technical writing or POM issues
• 3+ years in the acquisition community or POM process
• 5+ years with Combat Systems or related instructions

Responsibilities

• Support SMWDC Headquarters in capability assessments across all mission areas
• Contribute to enhancement of warfare training and readiness
• Support Surface Warfare mission area capabilities and warfighting development initiatives
