The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience as a Qualified SWO, with technical writing skills and knowledge of Combat Systems preferred. A Bachelor's degree is required.

Sigma Defense is seeking a former Surface Warfare Officer for a position on our Naval Surface and Mine Warfighting Development Center (SMWDC) Team in San Diego, CA as a Surface Warfare Program Analyst. We need the rare skill sets you have developed throughout your Naval Career to support the surface, air, and mine warfare mission areas, enhancing warfighting readiness, and increasing the lethality and tactical proficiency of the Surface Force. You will support SMWDC Headquarters in capability assessments across all SMWDC-owned mission area capabilities. In this position you will make direct contributions to the enhancement of warfare training.
