Sigma Defense Systems is seeking a former Surface Warfare Officer for the position of Surface Warfare Program Analyst in San Diego, CA. The role entails supporting the Naval Surface and Mine Warfighting Development Center, focusing on enhancing warfighting readiness through capability assessments and training enhancements.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience as a Qualified SWO, with technical writing skills and knowledge of Combat Systems preferred. A Bachelor's degree is required.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $125,000 annually along with comprehensive benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and educational assistance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recent experience as a Qualified SWO.
• 5+ years of recent experience in technical writing or writing Project Objective Memorandum (POM) issues.
• 3+ years of recent experience in the acquisition community or with the Government's POM process.
• 5+ years of experience with Combat Systems; its components and instructions (preferred).
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
