INDUS Technology, Inc. in Honolulu, HI seeks a Surface Sonar & Combat Systems Analyst to support USW MMH test and evaluation for Navy platforms. You will apply operations research, data analysis, and statistical methods to evaluate system performance and readiness, coordinating with government stakeholders and test teams.

Qualifications include a DoD secret clearance, a quantitative degree, and 3–7 years of relevant experience; travel and shipboard testing may be required.

Qualifications

• Active DoD secret clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or closely related area.
• 3–7 years of professional experience in operations research, data analysis, or USW combat systems.
• Experience with MMH, SRQ-4, Ku-band/C-band equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts technical analysis, performance assessments, and data reconstruction for surface-ship USW Combat System testing, including MMH systems.
• Supports test planning by evaluating ship configurations and baselines, determining requirements, and identifying necessary resources.
• Serves as SME for MMH systems and oversees tests, documenting results per approved plans.
• Supports shipboard and at-sea testing, including operation, maintenance, and data collection of SRQ-4 and Ku-band equipment.
• Applies quantitative methods to reconstruct events and evaluate system performance and interoperability.
• Develops analytical reports, briefings, and recommendations for Government stakeholders.
