Job summary

SimIS Inc. seeks a Senior Test and Evaluation Analyst to provide technical and analytical support for Navy Undersea Warfare OT&E. You will plan and organize test tasks, collect data, and perform reconstruction and analysis for complex projects, communicating findings to sponsors.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering/CS/data science and 4+ years of IEF development, test planning, and test analysis, plus 4+ years in USW systems. Navy knowledge and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, CS, data science, or related field.
• 4 years of IEF development, Test Plan Development, Test Execution, Test Analysis and Reporting, and Modeling and Simulation experience.
• 4+ years of system-level experience operating/maintaining/testing USW systems.
• Current working knowledge of Navy and multi-service missions, operations, logistics, management, and organizational responsibilities.

• Plan and organize OT&E tasks and data collection.
• Reconstruct and analyze complex test and evaluation projects.
• Communicate results to sponsoring activities and decision makers.
