Job summary

INDUS Technology, Inc. seeks a Senior Operations Research Analyst to support the US Navy Combat Systems at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, HI.

You will serve as the CSSQT AEGIS Technical Lead, coordinating across Government personnel, shipboard teams, and engineers to plan, execute, analyze, and report on surface-ship USW Combat System test events. The role requires advanced OR techniques, data reconstruction, and dissemination of findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative/technical field or equivalent experience with Navy NEC alternatives accepted.
• Four years of AN/SQQ-89 Combat System SME experience.
• Seven years in operations research, data analysis, or related field.
• Two years in a Navy leadership/technical leadership role.
• Two years with AN/SQQ-89A(V)15 sonar suite or later configurations.
• Willingness to complete required TQS and support 50% travel, including ship-riding.

Responsibilities

• Serve as CSSQT AEGIS Technical Lead and technical POC for surface-ship USW Combat System tests.
• Lead test planning by evaluating ship configurations, baselines, readiness, and resources.
• Conduct analyses, data reconstruction, and reporting for test events and system performance.
• Oversee shipboard/test execution, instrumentation, data collection, and safety.
• Apply advanced operations research techniques to evaluate sonar and combat systems.
• Develop analytical reports and briefings for Government stakeholders to support readiness and improvement.
• Mentor junior/mid-level analysts and support onboarding/training.
• Participate in training to qualify in required TQS areas and assist with planning and cost estimates.
