Job summary

GLOCK, Inc. USA in Smyrna, Georgia seeks a manufacturing supervisor to lead the Surface Treatment cluster, ensuring safety, on-time delivery and quality. You will oversee finishing of metal parts, allocate personnel, mentor operators and support continuous process improvement.

The role requires strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills, with a 2nd shift schedule (2:00 PM–10:00 PM) Monday–Friday and regular attendance for shift handoffs.

Qualifications

• Leadership, communication and teamwork abilities are required.
• Experience in manufacturing supervision and lean practices is preferred.
• Ability to mentor and develop operators and meet production goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the cluster to meet safety, productivity and quality goals.
• Oversee finishing of metal parts and coordinate equipment setups.
• Mentor team members and address bottlenecks with shift leads.
• Support 5S, Kaizen and preventive maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with ISO/OSHA and environmental regulations.
