Job summary

GLOCK, Inc. USA in Smyrna, GA is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead the Surface Treatment cluster, ensuring safety, productivity, and quality standards.

You will oversee finishing of metal parts, mentor team members, resolve bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement through Kaizen and 5S.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates leadership by promoting team cohesion and motivation.
• Ensures manufacturing output goals are met while meeting deadlines and schedules.
• Mentors team members to improve quality and communication.
• Identifies bottlenecks and communicates status to Shift Supervisors.
• Supports 5S, Lean and Kaizen principles for continuous process improvement.
• Supports preventive maintenance and training plans for Operators.
• Ensures safety and regulatory compliance in area of responsibility.
