Apex Companies - CSW is seeking a Stormwater Construction Superintendent in Phoenix, AZ. The role leads stormwater and wet utility projects, supervises crews, and coordinates with subcontractors to ensure quality and on-time delivery. Travel is extensive across the region, with strong emphasis on safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications include a GED or high school diploma, OSHA HAZWOPER, 2 years of related experience, and proficiency with MS Office. Deltek Vision experience is a plus.

Competenze

• GED or High School Diploma required.
• OSHA HAZWOPER certification required.
• Ability to travel extensively and out of town work.
• Commercial Contractor Licensing a plus.
• Experience with stormwater/drainage construction, concrete or asphalt paving or wet utility work.
• 2 years of related experience.

Mansioni

• Manage stormwater and wet utility projects and repairs.
• Inspect and address stormwater deficiencies and compliance-driven repairs.
• Supervise and schedule work, review performance, and train staff.
• Manage subcontractors/field personnel and assist with pricing for repairs.
• Maintain relationships with subcontractors and vendors.
• Travel to job sites across Tennessee region and nearby states.
• Document progress and provide daily updates to Project Management Team.
• Procure necessary job materials and manage budgets/timelines.
• Enforce safety rules and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Operate heavy construction equipment as needed.
