Job summary

Core Services Group in San Diego, CA is seeking experienced Senior and Mid-Grade Combat Systems Subject Matter Experts to support the Navy Readiness Assistance Training Team. The ideal candidates will have extensive supervisory experience in Navy surface ship Combat Systems operations and maintenance.

This role involves on-site training, assessments, and advising Navy leadership on operational readiness. The anticipated pay range is $90,000 - $110,000 per year, contingent upon contract award in October 2026.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of supervisory experience in Navy Combat Systems.
• Extensive experience as Systems Test Officer or similar roles.
• In-depth knowledge of ship depot-level maintenance processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ship training visits to enhance Sailor proficiency.
• Develop training resources for shipboard systems and procedures.
• Advise leadership on crew proficiency and material conditions.
