Core Services Group is looking for experienced Senior and Mid-Grade Deck Operations and Systems Subject Matter Experts in San Diego. This role requires supporting the U.S. Navy with training visits and assessments aimed at improving proficiency and material readiness.

Ideal candidates have extensive supervisory experience on Navy ships, handling deck operations, and technical systems. This position offers a pay range of $90,000 to $110,000/year and requires a Secret security clearance.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of supervisory experience in deck operations.
• Extensive knowledge of anchor, windlass, and mooring systems.
• Direct experience with U.S. Navy systems for operations and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ship training visits to improve Sailor proficiency.
• Develop and provide training resources for ship systems.
• Conduct material condition assessments for ship systems.
