This full-time position includes up to 35% travel and requires a SECRET security clearance.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of supervisory experience in Navy Combat Systems.
• Expertise in AEGIS and SSDS Combat Systems Operations.
• Ability to train and lead personnel effectively.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ship training visits to improve Sailor proficiency.
• Develop training resources for ship systems.
• Conduct assessments for installed equipment and ship systems.
