Job summary

Core Services Group is looking for a Senior and Mid-Grade Deck Operations and Systems Subject Matter Expert to support the U.S. Navy in San Diego, CA. This role includes conducting ship training visits, developing training resources, and advising ship leadership on operational readiness.

The position is anticipated to have a pay range of $90,000 - $110,000 annually, depending on experience. Candidates must have at least 15 years of relevant supervisory experience and be able to obtain a Secret security clearance.

Qualifications

• At least fifteen (15) years of supervisory experience in deck operations.
• Direct experience with operations and maintenance of deck systems for U.S. Navy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct ship training visits.
• Provide training resources for ship systems.
• Conduct comprehensive material condition assessments.
• Advise ship's leadership on proficiency and maintenance practices.
