Job summary

This role involves supporting the Navy Readiness Assistance Training Team by conducting ship training visits and developing training resources to enhance sailor proficiency in ship systems.

Applicants must have at least 15 years of relevant supervisory experience and will require an active Secret security clearance. The position involves full-time onsite commitments and may require up to 35% travel to overseas locations.

Qualifications

• 15 years of supervisory experience in analyses and information systems operations.
• Experience onboard warships or military auxiliaries as Ships’ Boatswain.
• Direct experience with naval systems currently employed by the U.S. Navy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct ship training visits.
• Develop training resources for ship systems.
• Teach operating principles through hands-on training.
• Conduct material condition assessments for equipment.
• Advise on crew proficiency and maintenance practices.
