You’ll complete multiple creative repairs daily, use brand-new tools, and learn our 5-step process. The role emphasizes color matching, problem-solving, and teamwork in a local Ohio market.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience doing manual work across trades.
• Color matching and attention to detail are essential.
• Facilities maintenance experience is helpful but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Complete 4 or more on-site repairs daily with a strong customer-service approach.
• Communicate progress to customers and document notes in the CRM/Dispatch system.
• Follow the company’s 5-step repair process and utilize provided tools.
