Job summary

Surface Experts is seeking a field technician to join our growing local team. You will perform surface repair tasks, using provided tools, on a variety of customer sites with a focus on quality and efficiency.

The role emphasizes hands-on work, color-matching skills, and learning a brand new trade. Expect a supportive environment, a branded company vehicle, and ongoing training as part of our team.

Qualifications

• Experience working with your hands in construction, maintenance, or related fields.
• Ability to identify, compare and reproduce colors.
• Willingness to learn a skill that may take time to master.
• Strong teamwork and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• On the jobsite for 4+ customers per day.
• Handle on-site work orders, customer service and follow-ups.
• Work with diverse customers (Property Management, Hotels, Movers, Builders, etc.).
• Provide world-class customer service to tenants and property management staff.
• Track work progress and notes in CRM/Dispatch tool and communicate with support team.
• Follow our 5-step repair process and utilize the client’s toolkit to solve repairs creatively.
