Job summary

Surface Experts is seeking a creative Technician to repair surfaces on-site, often completing multiple jobs daily in varied settings. You will travel to sites, match colors precisely, and deliver friendly customer service while following our 5-step repair process.

Ideal candidates enjoy hands-on work, have a background in painting or similar crafts, and are willing to learn and grow with the company. Training and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and be coachable is essential.
• Hands-on experience with manual work such as painting, crafting, or construction.
• Ability to see, distinguish, and replicate colors accurately.
• Ability to travel for training and on-site repairs as needed.
• Facilities maintenance background is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Complete 4 or more on-site repairs daily, showcasing customer service.
• Perform work on-location at apartments, hotels, or construction sites.
• Solve problems with creative repairs using our toolkit and processes.
• Update progress and communicate clearly with customers and team.
