Surface Experts is seeking artistic technicians to perform on-site color-matched surface repairs, typically finishing a job in about an hour. You'll use a dedicated tool-kit, work with a branded company vehicle, and collaborate with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience doing some form of manual work (construction, painting, etc.).
• Ability to see, distinguish, and replicate colors is essential.

Responsibilities

• Complete 4+ creative repairs on-site each day.
• Perform work on-location with strong customer service and communication.
• Update progress in the CRM/Dispatch tool and coordinate with the Support Team.
• Follow the company’s 5-step repair process and use the tool-kit for each job.
