Job summary

Surface Experts is seeking a Junior Sales Representative in Austin to build relationships with customers in property management and facilities maintenance. This startup-friendly role emphasizes education of our unique repair services and active prospecting across assigned territories.

You will meet 15–20 potential clients daily, learn our proprietary sales technique, and contribute to a growing local team with mentorship and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Junior Sales position; prior sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Ability to multitask and stay energetic in a startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet with 15–20 contacts daily across Property Management, Hotels, Movers, Builders, and other industries.
• Educate customers on Surface Experts capabilities and limitations.
• Memorize and practice the sales script; perform role-plays as needed.
• Document sales activities in CRM; track from lead to Work Order through all steps.
• Report data accurately daily/weekly; plan and execute territory sales strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Surface Experts Junior Sales Representative, your job is to find and build relationships with customers who work in property management and facilities maintenance. This is a startup and our services are unique, so it will be your job to educate and build a relationship with our customers.

• Meeting with 15-20 contacts a day in a variety of industries including Property Management, Hotels, Movers, Builders, etc.
• Educating on Surface Experts capabilities and limitations
• Memorizing a sales script and role-playing practice
• Documenting sales activities in CRM; tracking a client from lead to Work Order and all the steps in between
• Reporting data accurately daily/weekly
• Planning and executing sales strategy for territory

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Fluency in English and Spanish a must
• This is a Junior Sales position, prior sales experience preferred, but not required
• Must have a clean driving record and reliable transportation
• Goal-oriented, self-starter, and energetic
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and activities on a regular basis
