Surface Experts is seeking a Junior Sales Representative to grow our client base in the Austin area. You will educate customers, build relationships with property management and facilities teams, and execute a targeted sales plan.

This startup environment offers mentorship, on-the-job training, and a path to advancement with a local owner‑led team. Strong English and Spanish, a reliable car, and a proactive mindset are required.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Junior sales role; prior experience preferred but not required.
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation may be needed.
• Candidate should be goal‑oriented, proactive and energetic.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks regularly.

Responsibilities

• Meet with 15–20 contacts daily across property management, hotels, movers, builders, and more.
• Educate customers on Surface Experts capabilities and limitations.
• Memorize and practice the sales script for effective delivery.
• Document all sales activities in CRM; track from lead to work order.
• Report data daily/weekly and adjust strategies for your territory.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Surface Experts Junior Sales Representative, your job is to find and build relationships with customers who work in property management and facilities maintenance. This is a startup and our services are unique, so it will be your job to educate and build a relationship with our customers.

• Meeting with 15-20 contacts a day in a variety of industries including Property Management, Hotels, Movers, Builders, etc.
• Educating on Surface Experts capabilities and limitations
• Memorizing a sales script and role-playing practice
• Documenting sales activities in CRM; tracking a client from lead to Work Order and all the steps in between
• Reporting data accurately daily/weekly
• Planning and executing sales strategy for territory

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Fluency in English and Spanish a must
• This is a Junior Sales position, prior sales experience preferred, but not required
• Must have a clean driving record and reliable transportation
• Goal-oriented, self-starter, and energetic
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and activities on a regular basis
