Surface Experts - Austin West is seeking a Junior Sales Representative to identify and build relationships with property management and facilities teams in the Austin area. This startup values autonomy, accountability, and a proactive approach to educating customers about our services.

• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Junior Sales role; prior sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Goal‑oriented, self‑starter and energetic.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks regularly.

Responsibilities

• Meet 15–20 contacts daily across Property Management, Hotels, Movers, Builders, etc.
• Educate on Surface Experts capabilities and limitations.
• Memorize a sales script and participate in role‑play practice.
• Document sales activities in CRM; track client from lead to Work Order.
• Report data daily/weekly with accuracy.
• Plan and execute territory sales strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Surface Experts Junior Sales Representative, your job is to find and build relationships with customers who work in property management and facilities maintenance. This is a startup and our services are unique, so it will be your job to educate and build a relationship with our customers.

• Meeting with 15-20 contacts a day in a variety of industries including Property Management, Hotels, Movers, Builders, etc.
• Educating on Surface Experts capabilities and limitations
• Memorizing a sales script and role-playing practice
• Documenting sales activities in CRM; tracking a client from lead to Work Order and all the steps in between
• Reporting data accurately daily/weekly
• Planning and executing sales strategy for territory

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Fluency in English and Spanish a must
• This is a Junior Sales position, prior sales experience preferred, but not required
• Must have a clean driving record and reliable transportation
• Goal-oriented, self-starter, and energetic
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and activities on a regular basis
