Job summary

Surface Experts is hiring a Technician to perform surface repair jobs at customer sites, using hands-on skills to fix various surfaces with a focus on color matching. You will follow a distinct 5-step repair process and maintain clear notes in the dispatch system.

Training is provided, with opportunities for advancement and a company car after the training period. The role emphasizes independent work, strong customer service, and reliability, with no weekends or evenings, and health benefits

• Ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors; color matching is a large part of what we do.

Responsibilities

• Drive to customer sites to perform scheduled jobs.
• Provide world-class customer service to tenants and property management staff.
• Track work progress and notes in our dispatch tool.
• Understand and apply our 5-step repair process.
• Problem-solve repairs with creativity.
• Communicate with the support team if questions arise.
