Job summary

Surface Experts is seeking a hands-on Technician in Wichita, KS to repair surfaces such as floors, countertops and cabinets. You will diagnose, repair, and finish jobs quickly while delivering friendly service to tenants and property managers.

You will follow our 5-step process, maintain notes in the dispatch tool, and use a personal toolkit to solve repairs with creativity. No weekends, paid holidays after 6 months.

Qualifications

• Experience working with your hands in construction, manufacturing, painting, or hobbies.
• Ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors.

Do you like working with your hands? Do you enjoy variety in your work? Surface Experts Technician might be the job for you! Enjoy using your creativity to problem-solve repairs that typically take less than an hour.

We Offer

• Pay range of $19 to $25 per hour includes base pay and performance-based bonuses
• Monthly bonus program depending on production
• Pay raise following paid training completion
• Direct four-week track to Surface Repair Technician
• No weekends, late nights, or evenings (overtime is available)
• Paid holidays and paid time off after 6 months
• Company vehicle for daily route

Requirements

• Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby
• An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do
