Job summary
Surface Experts - Northeast Nashville is seeking a hands-on technician to perform surface repair tasks on a variety of client sites. You will diagnose, repair, and restore surfaces such as floors, countertops, and cabinets with a focus on efficiency and low odor solutions.
You will work daily at customer sites, interact with tenants and property managers, and document progress in our CRM. A strong preference for those with construction experience and color-matching skills, plus a friendly,
Qualifications
- Experience working with your hands in construction, manufacturing, painting, or hobbies.
- Experience in facilities maintenance is a plus but not required.
- Ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors is important.
Responsibilities
- In the Field Daily: on-site for 3+ customers per day.
- Provide customer service and follow-ups.
- Track progress and notes in the CRM/Dispatch tool.
- Communicate with support team with questions.
- Follow the 5-step repair process and use your toolkit.

Working for a variety of customers in different industries including Property Management, Hotels, Movers, Builders, etc.

Problem-solve repairs with creativity
We're seeking someone with experience in the construction industry, a trade, or any kind of handyman work. Your familiarity with tools, construction materials, and basic construction common sense will be essential in mastering the Surface Experts process.
Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby.
Experience working in facilities maintenance can be a big plus but is not required.
An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do.

Most repairs are simple and smaller than a dinner plate, yet our competition focuses on complete resurfacing. Our objective is a happy customer and a long-term relationship. We focus on saving our customers time, money and wasted materials that end up in a landfill.
Our typical repair requires only 1 to 2 tablespoons of product so our technicians can carry their entire set of tools and equipment in a small vehicle. Our approach is clean and free of odors in less than two hours.
