Job summary

OceanaGold's Haile Gold Mine is seeking a Manager to lead the Paste Plant, Leach Circuit upgrade, and associated surface processing infrastructure. This role reports to the Asset President and involves cross-functional coordination with engineering, construction, and operations teams across a 2-year fixed-term project.

You will oversee scope, schedule, budget, safety, and risk while delivering operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related discipline (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical).
• 15+ years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in a senior role delivering large projects.
• Management experience is required and experience in start-up and operating environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, timely delivery of Paste Plant and Leach Circuit upgrades.
• Develop and oversee Project Execution Plans with clear scope and milestones.
• Manage full lifecycle from feasibility to commissioning and handover.
